SheHelms is a free, online women-only sailing community, created to support positive cultural change in sailing and help women sailors build skills, confidence and connections.
We bring together women at every stage of their sailing journey, from those just starting out to experienced sailors and professionals, to share knowledge, experience, encouragement and opportunities.
Through our monthly SheHelms Live Zooms, podcasts, online discussions and learning resources, we create opportunities to meet other women sailors, learn from one another, ask questions and build skills, confidence and connections.
Wherever you are in the world and wherever you are on your sailing journey, you are welcome to join us.
SheHelms is a project founded by JoJo Pickering, who runs Island Swift Sailing.

SheHelms is a women-only community. We ask everyone joining to agree to our community rules and answer a short joining question.
